Maxime Adamczewski holds a master’s degree in Biotechnology Science and Management, with a specialization in Biopharmaceuticals, from Université Grenoble Alpes. He serves as assistant manager of the research and development team for biotherapies at the French Blood Establishment (EFS) Bourgogne–Franche-Comté in Besançon, France.
Specializing in process development for advanced therapy medicinal products, he leads projects focused on the design, optimization, and industrialization of manufacturing processes that meet the scientific, regulatory, and industrial requirements of next-generation biotherapies. His work primarily focuses on process automation, the integration of innovative technologies but also supporting their development, with the goal of accelerating the translation of scientific innovations into clinical applications.
Committed to fostering collaborative innovation and advancing the biotherapy sector, Maxime Adamczewski actively contributes to several strategic regional initiatives. He first played an operational role in the FEDER-funded MiMédi project before taking on the coordination of the FEDER-funded BioImp project as Project Manager.
