Dr Jean-Sébastien Delisle completed medical training at McGill University and PhD studies at the Université de Montréal Since 2010, Dr Delisle is a clinician-scientist at Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont (HMR) where he cares for patients undergoing stem cell transplantation and cell therapy. Since over a decade, he has established himself as a basic and translationnal T-cell biologist, having notably devised and implemented T-cell immunotherapy from the bench to the beside at the Centre for excellence in cell therapy (CETC), a good-manufacturing procedure (GMP) compliant cell processing facility where he acts as medical director. He has held everal leadership positions including the directorship of the Fond de Recherche du Québec (FRQ) supported Quebec’s cell, tissue and gene therapy network (ThéCell). Dr Delisle is an FRQ recognised clinician-scientist scholar and a full professor in the Department of medicine at the Université de Montréal.
