Pascal Morel, MD, PhD, worked for the French Blood Establishment (EFS) for over 35 years, where he successively led all areas of activity. He directed the EFS of Bourgogne Franche-Comté from 2010 to 2019, then was called to the EFS national headquarters to undertake national missions as Medical Director, Director of Research, and “Responsible Person” until October 2024. He will continue to provide support to the EFS until December 2025.
