Sylvain Perruche is an immunologist specializing in inflammation resolution, immune regulation, and the translation of innovative therapies. He currently leads HealthTech attractiveness and development initiatives at TEMIS – Greater Besançon, with a particular focus on advanced therapies, biomanufacturing, and the development of the regional HealthTech ecosystem.
Previously, he was a researcher at INSERM/EFS and led the Autoimmunity–Transplantation–Inflammation research team in Besançon. His work has focused on macrophage biology, efferocytosis, immune tolerance, and tissue repair, leading to more than 50 scientific publications and several patent families. He also has extensive experience in biotech entrepreneurship and the translational development of innovative therapeutic approaches.
He is the founder of the Resolution Days and co-founder and Scientific Chair of the Innovative Therapies Days, fostering dialogue between academic, biotech, pharma, and clinical communities to accelerate the translation of innovative therapies to patients.
