A pharmacist and former hospital resident (CHU Montpellier/Nîmes/AP-HP), he has been in charge of the Innovation and Guidance Office at the ANSM for five years. This interface, dedicated to innovators (researchers, start-ups, SMEs, and laboratories), ensures the conditions for constructive dialogue during the development phases of health products, on a project-by-project basis, iteratively when necessary.
Within the EMA/HMA agencies network, he is notably involved in foresight and anticipation activities (Horizon Scanning) as part of EU-IN, as well as in structuring European support for innovation within the Joint Action IncreaseNET funded by the European Commission.
