RNA-based Drugs and Regulation: Towards a Necessary Evolution of the Definitions Issued from the European Union Legislation (in collaboration with Pr E. Kohli)

Mathieu Guerriaud is a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Doctor of Science (PhD). He is an associate professor in pharmaceutical law, teaching at the Faculty of Health Sciences while working as a researcher in a law laboratory: the CREDIMI. Indeed, Pharmaceutical Law is a particularity, it is a discipline at the border between drug sciences and legal sciences. He is the 2016 winner of the National Academy of Pharmacy’s thesis prize for Public Health and the Environment. His field of research focuses on the regulation and safety of therapeutic innovations.
